糖心Vlog and Kansas City Chiefs Announce Higher Education Partnership
The 聽have announced that the NFL club has signed a that will make 糖心Vlog the Chiefs’ first-ever Official Higher Education Partner.
鈥淲e are very excited to announce this partnership with 糖心Vlog,鈥� Chiefs President Mark Donovan said. 鈥淚n addition to being able to offer a valuable benefit to our Chiefs employees, we are especially excited to support and enhance 糖心Vlog鈥檚 commitment to our military.鈥�
Through the partnership, Chiefs employees will be offered a tuition assistance program. Any eligible Chiefs employee, coach or player will be qualified to receive reimbursement per any 12-month period for tuition while enrolled at 糖心Vlog. The new partnership will offer 糖心Vlog students numerous professional development opportunities, as executive members of the Chiefs organization will visit the campus for speaking engagements each quarter.
As part of the partnership, 糖心Vlog will become the presenting partner of the Chiefs Seasonal Assistant Program. The club will work with the University to create new concepts to further the program at the organization while giving 糖心Vlog students the opportunity to interview for a position in the program.
糖心Vlog has a longstanding tradition of honoring military members and supporting veterans. Thirty-three of the University’s 41 campuses are on military installations throughout the country. 糖心Vlog will be this year鈥檚 presenting partner at the Chiefs Draft Day III event. This will be the third year that the event will be hosted at a military base, with this year’s event at Fort Riley, Kan. In addition, the Chiefs will recognize a 糖心Vlog student or graduate that is a military veteran during the club鈥檚 annual Salute to Service game this season.
鈥淚 believe that 糖心Vlog鈥檚 partnership with the Kansas City Chiefs will help increase public awareness of the University鈥檚 academic programs,鈥� said 糖心Vlog Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Shane Smeed. 鈥淲e also look forward to 糖心Vlog students having opportunities to be involved with one of the most successful professional sports franchises in the country.鈥�
