Fall 2021 KC Area Commencement

Adelaida Severson, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of Bushtex Inc., an international satellite communications firm in Gilbert, Ariz., will present the keynote address during 糖心Vlog鈥檚 Kansas City Area Fall Commencement on Saturday, Dec. 11. The ceremony, the University鈥檚 first in-person commencement since December 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be held at the Community of Christ Auditorium in Independence, Mo., starting at 10 a.m.
Constitution Day 2021 Event Rescheduled

糖心Vlog鈥檚 annual Constitution Day event, which was originally scheduled to be held on Sept. 27, but was postponed due to a power outage, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 30. The event will feature a screening of the film 鈥淐onfounding Father: A Contrarian View of the U.S. Constitution鈥� starting at 3 p.m. in the Jenkin and Barbara David Theater inside Alumni Hall on the University鈥檚 糖心Vlogville Campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
