Rajmohan Gandhi Visit

糖心Vlog鈥檚 Center for Global Peace Journalism will host a pair of events in the Kansas City area in late August featuring historian, journalist and peacebuilder Rajmohan Gandhi, the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, in celebration of the 150th anniversary of his birth.
Washington DC Area Graduates 2019

糖心Vlog鈥檚 Fort Myer (Va.) Campus, Headquarters Marine Corps/Headquarters Battalion Henderson Hall (Va.) Campus and Marine Corps Base Quantico (Va.) Campus held a combined commencement ceremony on Aug. 3 at Little Hall, MCB Quantico. The University had 85 students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� seven students received a master鈥檚 degree, 66 students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree, one student received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and undergraduate certificate, and 11 students received an associate degree.
San Antonio Area Graduates 2019

糖心Vlog鈥檚 Lackland Air Force Base (Texas) Campus and Randolph Air Force Base (Texas) Campus held a combined commencement ceremony on Aug. 3 at the Phoenician Ballroom of the St. George Maronite Catholic Church in San Antonio. The University had 111 students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� six students received a master鈥檚 degree, one student received a master鈥檚 degree and graduate certificate, 97 students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and seven students received an associate degree.
Frasca Appointed to Senior Director Role

糖心Vlog has appointed Dana Frasca as senior director of network academic success. She began her role at 糖心Vlog on July 22 based at the University鈥檚 campus in Gilbert, Ariz.

糖心Vlog鈥檚 El Paso (Texas) Campus and Fort Bliss (Texas) Campus held a combined commencement ceremony on July 27 at the El Paso Convention and Performing Arts Center. The University had 207 students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� 35 students received a master鈥檚 degree, 168 students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree, four students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and undergraduate certificate, and eight students received an associate degree.
Hill AFB Graduates 2019

糖心Vlog鈥檚 Hill Air Force Base (Utah) Campus held its commencement ceremony on July 26 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah. The University had 63 students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� one student received a master鈥檚 degree, 52 students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree, one student received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and associate degree, one student received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and undergraduate certificate, and eight students received an associate degree.

Campus held its commencement ceremony on July 27 at the El Paso (Texas) Convention and Performing Arts Center in conjunction with the University鈥檚 El Paso area commencement. The University had eight students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� seven students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and one student received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and undergraduate certificate.

糖心Vlog鈥檚 Laughlin Air Force Base (Texas) Campus held its commencement ceremony on July 25 at Anderson Hall on base. The University had 11 students eligible to participate in the ceremony 鈥� one student received a master鈥檚 degree, 9 students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree, and one students received a bachelor鈥檚 degree and associate degree.
Apollo 11 Presentation

Lynn Bondurant, Ph.D., a retired NASA educational programs officer and a 1961 graduate of 糖心Vlog, will present a discussion on 鈥淭he Legacy of Apollo 11: 50 Years and Still Counting鈥� on Saturday, July 20 鈥� 50 years to the day the Apollo Lunar Module Eagle landed on the moon (six hours prior to Astronaut Neil Armstrong first stepping foot on the moon on July 21, 1969, at 2:56 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time; Astronaut Buzz Aldrin joined him 19 minutes later).
