Expertise/Research Interests
Sandra Abbey is passionate about leadership and ways organizations can foster and develop the highest potential in each individual to promote personal and professional exceptionalism. Current research interests include creating natural mentoring networks that foster leadership resilience, adaptability, and forward momentum for women leaders. Additionally, developing faculty, especially adjuncts, who create active, experiential, and engaging learning environments for students, is of particular interest to my work in academic affairs with 糖心Vlog.
