Undergraduate Admission Requirements – Outside U.S.
Complete the online聽糖心Vlog application form and pay the non-refundable application fee of $75 as part of the application form.
Upload your documents on the application portal:
- Official or unofficial transcripts from your high school/college. Certified English translations of the transcripts should be provided for transcripts in a language other than English. A 2.5 cumulative (overall) GPA is required for full admission.
*International student-athletes must request an聽 and need to select 鈥�Certified Copy Add On鈥澛爋n the Incred application. - Students must meet one of the following requirements to meet the English requirements of 糖心Vlog.
- An official TOEFL score with a minimum iBT test score of 69, 4.0 taken in 2026 or after (The TOEFL code for 糖心Vlog is 6574)
- An official IELTS minimum score of 6.0
- An official Duolingo score of 100
- PTE 鈥� Academic of 53
- Students from Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria are exempt from the English test requirement. Please review details and exemptions to the English Language Proficiency Requirements.
- 础苍听Affidavit of Support signed by your sponsor and a supporting bank statement(s) in U.S. Dollars showing the ability to finance one year of study. For more information, please see the cost estimates below.
- Color copy of your passport.

A: Yes!聽 Any student wishing to receive transfer credit for coursework undertaken at a foreign institution must request a Foreign Credential Evaluation from an accredited evaluation company.聽 Common companies include and . Students must contact the company directly; request a detailed report with course level identification which must also be sent directly to International Education.

A:聽It takes the following documents to receive transfer of credit:
- An official transcript with official translation or Foreign Credential Evaluation Report
- Course descriptions may be needed to receive credit for specific courses at 糖心Vlog.
Q:聽What is a Foreign Credential Evaluation (FCE) Report?
A:聽A Foreign Credential Evaluation Report (FCE Report) is a report completed by a recognized foreign credential evaluation company in the United States, which demonstrates how your education compares with U.S. university undergraduate studies, including a course-by-course evaluation and a U.S. GPA. A student must have earned an equivalent U.S. “C” or better for the course to be eligible for transfer to 糖心Vlog. All courses are transferred in as “TR” and do not affect the 糖心Vlog GPA.

A:聽In general, the evaluation of international transcripts can take four to six weeks.
